Cherokee Training Stable is a business that creates a partnership between horse and rider. We offer training and lessons to those who want to achieve their individual goals; whether its Dressage shows, pleasure riding or relaxing out on trail.

Our business strives on peace, harmony and tranquility for people and their equine partner. We feel a well balanced workout in a stress free zone helps create success within that partnership. Community is the key and good people keep that circle of positive energy flowing. Although the business was forced to move, our community stayed in tact. We feel blessed to partake in the opening of a brand new facility in the quiet community of Poway.

Royal Ridge Equestrian Center opened June 2008 with a waiting list for boarding. Expansion is in progress and we are excited about all the new stalls and arenas that will accommodate new clients. Currently, we have two sand arenas for training with trails into the foothills and beyond.

Due to the abrupt request of vacancy from the last farm, Cherokee Training Stable is not equipped to continue our lesson program and summer horse camps. This was an unexpected setback, but we should be open for business this fall. Please continue to check our web site for updates and photos of this new facility, as they become available.
